Chief Executive Officer

Rick Guerrero is Native Agronomics CEO and Team Leader. Rick is an enrolled member of the Tlingit & Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska. Rick has been designing and implementing security and surveillance systems for Washington marijuana businesses since they became legal. He holds several professional certifications and has been active in the northwest gaming industry since 1995. In 1996 Rick completed Criminal Justice training where he graduated top 10 in his class. Rick has experience in several areas of the gaming industry from Security Shift Manager, Tribal Gaming Agent, and Casino Shift Manager. Rick also obtained Law Enforcement Training as a Reserve Police Officer for the Muckleshoot Police Department. Rick has donated his time as the Chief Executive Officer for the 501 (c) 3 nonprofit Tightline Adventure where the motto is “Educating the public with regard to tribal stewardship of Natural Resources”.

Bill Quinn is the Native Agronomics CFO and serves as a Project Manager/Senior Consultant. Bill is an MBA/CPA with over 25 years’ experience as the CFO for a number of northwest Native American enterprises and has been a Consultant since 2010.  Bill has served as a Project Manager and CFO for a number of multi-million dollar startups in Washington and Oregon, bringing them in on-time and on-budget, and has helped guide the successful turnaround of several troubled businesses.  In addition to being a CPA (inactive), Bill’s professional credentials include Certified Systems Professional, Certified Business Manager, and Chartered Global Management Accountant.

Clinton R. Hackney

Clinton R. Hackney, CMC, is the company’s former COO who is now available as a Consultant when needed. He has over 30 years of experience operating his own companies that specialize in liaison, project management and consulting with tribal, federal, state, county, city, and port authority governmental entities. He has extensive retail operational experience having grown up and worked in a third generation family business. Clint has also spent over a decade of as an instructor and facilitator for the University of California, Davis Extension, in the area of Tribal programs and enterprise development.  Clint is a graduate of Southern Methodist University (SMU) and is of Native and Scottish descent. His professional credentials include the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation.

Paul R. Gleckl

Paul Gleckl brings to Native Agronomics a broad knowledge of the cannabis industry, a strong bias toward customer service, and more than 20 years experience leading Native American casino operations in various capacities, including Shift Manager, Project Manager, and General Manager. In addition to his casino experience, Paul’s diverse background includes stints as a Gas Transmission Engineer, Administrator for an inpatient addiction recovery center, and real estate sales.  After his Marine Corps service in Vietnam, Paul spent twelve years traveling the world, during which time he attended a variety of classes at several universities, gaining much in the way of cultural awareness.
